Pentatonic Patterns

This lesson teaches a few pentatonic patterns which will add some flavor to your playing.  You can use these in rock, country, blues, and jazz.

After you learn these, try inventing your own patterns.  Try patterns that have a repeating sequence such as:  Play up 3 note, down 2, up 3, down 2, etc.

Take these patterns, slice 'em and dice 'em and mix them up.  Us pieces and parts of them here and there in your solos.

Have fun!
